About this experience

CABLING WITHOUT A CABLE NEEDLE

Cost: $20.00

Dates:

Tuesday, September 17 (1:00 pm - 2:30 pm)

Tuesday, October 22 (1:00 pm - 2:30 pm)

Description: Knitting cables is fun, but it’s not always fun to hunt down a runaway cable needle each time it’s required. Luckily, many cables can be worked without a cable needle. This technique class will teach you how to make both right- and left-crossed cables using just your main needles, without ever having to drop your yarn. With practice, you'll be able to zip through your cabled projects!

Yarn: Smooth, worsted-weight wool (bring your own or use scrap yarn at the shop)

Needles (available for purchase in shop): Size US 8 needles

Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner and above – students should have prior experience with basic cabling.
