Description: Cables have long been used in knitting to add warmth and beauty. They add a level of sophistication that well outstrips their difficulty. In this class we’ll go over how to create these beautiful twists while we make the Antler Toque by TinCanKnits.
This hat begins with a section of ribbing so feel free to come get yarn before your class and get started on the ribbing so we can jump right into the cables.
Yarn: One skein Falkland Worsted included in the cost of the class.
Needle Size: US #6 / 4 mm 16” circular
US #8 / 5 mm 16” circular and DPNs* (or as required to meet gauge)
*Alternatively you can use the magic loop technique to knit in the round using a single long circular needle.
