Manestrale

LIGHTNESS - SOFTNESS - QUALITY - NATURAL MATERIALS - Mica 

Manestrale is a super soft, light, airy and full-bodied yarn with 25 g per key and 200 m.
Manestrale consists of an exclusive blend of 68% baby alpaca, 12% merino wool (mulesing free), 16% polyamide and 4% polyester. Polyamide and polyester form the fine thread Lurex which gives a discreet mica gleam in Manestrale.
Manestrale is produced especially for CaMaRose at a family-owned Italian spinning mill with regard to the environment and animal welfare, so the merino wool used is of course mulesing free.

Manestrale is perfect as a companion thread with other CaMaRose qualities such as Yaku, Thin Lama wool, Organic summer wool, Snowflakes and Pima cotton.
Manestrale is suitable for sweaters, cardigans, shawls, hats, baby and children's knitwear in one thread but also with several threads for chunky sweaters and cardigans where there should be a discreet glimmer of glitter.

The color scale in Manestrale is adapted to the trend of the time and carefully selected to be able to match CaMaRose's other color scale. The 12 beautiful colors in Manestrale give you many opportunities to put together exactly your expression. Especially as a companion thread to other qualities and by combining Manestrale with 2-3 threads in either one color or 3 different colors, you can create completely new expressions.

The recommended pin size in 1 thread is 3.0 - 4.0 mm. In several threads you can get up to 6.0 mm.
Indicative knitting tension: 1 thread on needle size 3 mm, 19-22 sts = 10 cm.
Alternative knitting strengths: 2 threads MOON RAY on needle size 4 mm, 17-18 sts = 10 cm. 3 threads Manestrale on needle 5, 14-15 m = 10 cm.
The running length is 200 m per key of 25 grams.
It is recommended to HANDWASH the finished work, with wool detergent and let it lie flat.
